The possibility of trademark registration is almost limitless. If the trademark meets the unique form of one or a group 

of words, which may include graphics, text, digital, audio, product shape or packaging, may be registered as 

trademark.

Apart from the trademarks identifying the commercial source of goods or services, several other categories of marks 

exist. Collective marks are owned by an association whose members use them to identify themselves with a level of 

quality and other requirements set by the association. Examples of such associations would be those representing 

accountants, engineers, or architects. Certification marks are given for compliance with defined standards, but are 

not confined to any membership. They may be granted to anyone who can certify that the products involved meet 

certain established standards. The internationally accepted "ISO 9000" quality standards are an example of such 

widely-recognized certifications.

Mark can not be register as trademark

1.          The national name, national flag, national emblem, military flag, the same or similar decoration, as well as 

          with the central state organs, the name of the location of a specific location or landmark building with the same 

          name, the same graphics, but the consent of the Government, except; 

2.          Inter-governmental international organization's name, flag, emblem of the same or similar to, but after the 

          organization agreed to or not, except to mislead the public;

4.         "Red Cross", "Red Crescent" in the name of the same or similar mark; 

5.         With ethnic discriminatory; 

6.         Exaggerated with deceptive propaganda; 

7.         Detrimental to socialist morality or any other adverse effect. 

8.         Administrative divisions above the county level or the public to know the names of foreign place names, may 

         not be used as trademarks. However, the meaning of names or other as a collective mark, certification mark, 

         except  for part of; registered trademarks of the use of place names continue to be effective. 

9.         Only the generic name of goods, graphics, models; 

10.     Only direct that the quality of goods, mainly raw materials, function, use, weight, volume and other

        characteristics; 

11.     The lack of significant features.

        identify and can be registered as a trademark.

12.     In order to apply for a registered trademark of three-dimensional signs, and only by the nature of goods 

        produced by its own shape, in order to obtain the technical effect to be the shape of some commodity or 

        commodities with the shape of substantive value, shall not be registered.
